Plan Review 50% of Building Permit Total
New Buildings must have a stamped survey
Review Plan Changes $20.00 each
Fence (survey required) $40.00
Driveway Permit $30.00
Seawall Permit (require permit from Irrigation District #6 and Engineering) $40.00
Insurance Required
Mechanical Permit $35.00
Electrical Permit $35.00
Plumbing Permit $35.00
Move in Permit (Mobile Home) $150.00
Move in Permit requires Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Permit
Certificate of Occupancy $70.00
